Everyday is Saturday.

Everyday is Saturday when you re living my life. I am loving it.

Today we went and packed most of Anthony's house. We will move his furniture on Monday. We went to visit him today and it was so sad. He was sad, sad, sad. And that made me sad. He said that he was in prison. I ask him why was he in prison and he told me that he was bad. They let him spend most of the day outside and that helped him a lot. He has learned to go to the nurses station when he wants a cigarette. Tonight when we went to see him, he was having dinner in the dining hall. I brought him some cantaloupe to eat. He ate like he had not eaten in six months. He told me that he won 25 cent playing cards. And he was in a better mood.

Happy birthday to my baby girl. How did she grow up so fast.

Busy week is coming. We are going to Oklahoma on Thursday. After visiting with Mom, and the rest of the family, we are going to Hot Springs to visit with some very dear friends.

Short but sweet or I should say short but written.

Can I do this?

May 20, 2011

I am so inspired by the friends that are able to blog on a daily basis. I start it and then I just never post the first page. Especially since my mom died, I have felt a real urgency to let my family know about life. What I am doing, what I am thinking, what is going on right now. What happened 20 years ago, 40 years ago or even 65 years ago. Now that mom is not here to answer my questions, where will I learn?

For a while, I may update the day. Or if the day is a melancholy kind of day, I may write a memory.

Today, I went to Five Oaks to visit with Anthony. He is getting more alert each day. I went to physical therapy. He likes the girls in physical therapy. They are pretty. When we went back to his room after the therapy, it was time for his daily meds. One of the pills was too big for him to swallow. The nurse took the pill, crushed it, added it to pudding and fed it to him. He told me that they were very good to him there. Tonight his nurse called me and she was having trouble getting him to taake his Lactorose. She told him the his sister was not going to be happy with him. He told her that he was the boss of "Donna".

Don and I took Sara to Los Arco's for her birthday lunch. Tomorrow @1:26 P.M., my baby girl will be 41. Happy Birthday Sara Marie. What a special blessing you have always been in our lives. Your sweet spirit has always been loving and caring. You are generous with you heart. You are a wonderful wife and mother. And you are a very special daughter. We love you very much.

I have a lot to learn. How do I post but keep it private. How do I invite the ones I want to read it. How do I find it when I am ready to post again.
